problems from Mobile
service providers, in this kind of situation the first
step is to call your service
provider’s Call Centre and obtain
the docket/complaint number for
registration of your complaint. Many complaints can be resolved at this stage.
If you are not satisfied
with the redressal of your complaint at the Call Centre level, then contact Next higher authority i.e.
Nodal Officers of your
service provider. All
mobile operators in India appointed Nodal Officers for handling Consumer Grievances
in their respective circles/Areas.
When you are contacting Nodal
Officer of your circles/state, make sure you have your Complaint Reference Number
(which you got from Customer
Care earlier). Nodal Officers are very fast and responsive to your
concerns/problems,
but in case you don’t get satisfactory resolution to your Query/complaint
you can further appeal to the appellate authority i.e. to Appellate Officer.
